I'm a Principal Full Stack Engineer and Solution Architect with 9 years designing and delivering enterprise-grade software for global financial institutions, spanning digital banking, commodity trading, payroll, insurance, and compliance platforms. I started as a Frontend Developer, and that origin still shows in how I architect: Micro-Frontend platforms, Spring Boot microservices, cross-platform mobile apps, and cloud-native AWS systems, built by someone who has shipped the UI layer as much as the systems behind it.

More recently, I've been leading AI-augmented engineering workflows, using GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate delivery at scale, while leading distributed Agile teams across regulated, high-availability environments.

   Independent Consultant · Toptal & Turing

   Independent consulting and product engineering for fintech and BFSI clients, with a focus on AI-integrated financial platforms.

   • Delivering full-stack engagements through Toptal and Turing across React, TypeScript, Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, and AWS.
   • Building NeXaBank, an AI-ready neobanking platform with RAG-powered compliance search, LLM-based transaction intelligence, and agentic workflows on React, Node.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
   • Building FinAudit, an open-source TypeScript static analysis CLI that audits fintech and payment codebases for domain-specific security and compliance defects across 20 rules.
   • Building Ira, a cross-platform local-first voice assistant in Rust and TypeScript with online/offline model switching and persistent context memory.
   • Advising on legacy core banking modernization, including Backbase platform assessment and migration planning.

   Principal Engineer · Wissen Technology Pvt Ltd

   Trafigura (Mumbai) — one of the world's largest commodity trading firms, connecting producers and consumers of minerals, metals, and energy globally.

   • Migrated enterprise commodity trading features to modern React.js, Spring Boot, and SQL applications, eliminating legacy technical debt across core trading business modules.
   • Architected a Micro-Frontend platform using Module Federation (Webpack 5) with a shared UI library distributed via Nexus/npm, enabling independent deployments and parallel development across multiple engineering workstreams.
   • Pioneered an agentic AI development workflow (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) with automated code review and bug detection, accelerating feature delivery by ~60% and completing two full enterprise migrations within 3 months.
3. Feb 2025 – Sept 2025

   Lead Technology · Synechron Technologies Pvt Ltd

   Emirates NBD (Dubai) — one of the UAE's largest banks, customer-facing MERN stack digital banking application serving millions.

   • Architected the security and compliance framework (JWT authentication, OAuth 2.0, CSRF protection, XSS prevention, PCI DSS) for a high-traffic, regulated banking platform.
   • Explored and implemented Micro-Frontend architecture in depth using Module Federation (Webpack 5) — independent deployments, shared dependency management, cross-team workflows.
   • Built a Playwright/TypeScript test suite achieving 90% coverage and integrated Sitecore headless CMS via REST/GraphQL with server-side rendering; improved performance via React.memo, lazy loading/Suspense, and code splitting.

   Software Consultant · Nu10 Technologies India Pvt Ltd

   Three US-based clients across event management, blockchain/NFT, and performance marketing.

   RippleStreet (USA) — event management platform: admin panel, event builder, marketing website.

   • Built pixel-perfect responsive UI from Figma designs in React, leading the migration from class components to hooks (useState/useEffect/useContext/useReducer).
   • Built Node.js/Express backend services and an Apollo GraphQL gateway with schema federation and DataLoader, integrating react-relay on the frontend for efficient data fetching.

   SunContract — blockchain-based solar panel NFT management platform.

   • Built the frontend from scratch (React, TypeScript, Material UI) with Redux Toolkit/RTK Query state management for blockchain transaction handling.
   • Built Express/TypeScript/MySQL backend services and drove code quality (ESLint, Prettier, SonarQube) while mentoring junior engineers through pair programming.

   Partnerize — analytics and advertising platform generating revenue through ad commissions.

   • Worked on a server-side rendered React app, integrating PHP APIs via Axios with BEM-styled functional components.
   • Led the JavaScript/FlowJS → TypeScript 4.x migration and the PHP → Node.js/Express backend migration with Docker containerization.

   Algorithmic trading e-learning platform and the company's e-commerce site.

   Quantra — algorithmic trading e-learning platform (AngularJS, Vue.js, Express, MySQL).

   • Built Express (Node.js) microservices on MySQL 8.0 with connection pooling and query optimization; led the jQuery/AngularJS → Vue.js 3 Composition API migration with reactive data binding.
   • Migrated static data handling to dynamic content with Redis caching and real-time sync; collaborated with product on A/B testing and feature-flagged continuous deployment.

   QI Website — server-side rendered company e-commerce site (Handlebars, jQuery, Express, MySQL).

   • Built Express.js microservices (MVC architecture) and migrated legacy jQuery/Handlebars templates to Vue.js 3 components.
   • Integrated LeadSquared Analytics with CRM automation, document creation services, and webhook-driven notification systems.

   Senior Software Engineer · Till POS Technologies

   Enterprise payroll and cross-platform hospitality management applications.

   Payroo — payroll platform for managing employee salaries and government tax payments (React, TypeScript, Loopback, DynamoDB).

   • Built a React/TypeScript payroll UI with Context API state management and route-guarded routing, backed by Loopback 4 microservices with 90% Jest/Supertest coverage.
   • Used DynamoDB Single Table Design with GSI patterns and AWS Lambda for a serverless, CloudWatch-monitored backend.

   Till-X — hospitality management hybrid app (React Native, Apollo GraphQL, Loopback, DynamoDB).

   • Built a cross-platform React Native app (iOS/Android/web) on Apollo GraphQL with schema federation and real-time subscriptions.
   • Automated E2E testing with Cypress, including visual regression testing wired into CI/CD.

   Full Stack Developer · Perennial Systems

   A four-SPA enterprise application and a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

   MYO2 (Equal Experts) — long-running server-rendered app, four SPAs, AngularJS migrated to React with a Spring MVC/Boot backend on AWS.

   • Led the AngularJS → React.js/TypeScript migration across 4 SPAs and built Spring Boot 2.x microservices with Spring Security and JPA/Hibernate.
   • Migrated backend services from Spring to Express.js for scalability; set up Jenkins CI/CD with blue-green AWS deployments and CloudFormation IaC; added Cucumber (Java)/Selenium BDD test coverage.

   mClinica Connect — multi-tenant platform for managing product sales, stores, and sales teams across clients.

   • Architected the multi-tenant SaaS platform with Redux-Saga for async flow control and HighCharts for interactive dashboards.
   • Migrated the PHP backend to Node.js/Sequelize microservices with Docker, and automated Android testing with Appium/WebDriverIO.

   Hybrid mobile banking app, enterprise platform training, and an internal HR system.

   SCB Life Insurance (Thailand) — hybrid mobile insurance app for Android and iOS (Ionic 2, Angular 2+).

   • Led development of the cross-platform hybrid app with Cordova native device integration, plus a Spring Boot/MySQL backend and Jenkins CI/CD.
   • Built charts, biometric auth, camera, GPS, and notification modules (D3.js, CryptoJS, Firebase Analytics) with OAuth 2.0 and SSL pinning for data security.

   Backbase Platform Training & Certification — specialized front-end training on the Backbase enterprise banking platform.

   • Completed intensive training in the Backbase widget architecture, theming, and customer experience platform integration, building internal POCs.
   • Achieved Backbase Certified Front-End Developer.

   HCOPS Resource Database — internal tool for HR and project management teams to track employee resources.

   • Built the app with Angular 4 and RESTful Spring MVC/Hibernate/MySQL services, with RBAC via JWT route guards for HR/PM-restricted access.
   • Followed TDD with Jasmine/Karma and optimized for mobile/PWA compatibility.
